Weatherized (seal the home envelope)- Home was very drafty and had very poor insulation in the attic causing major comfort issues and energy inefficiency's within the home. We sealed up all the holes and gaps on the ceiling and installed foam board insulation and added 12" of attic insulation bringing the levels to around an R-38.
